From Concept to Completion

After an initial consultation, we provide a quote based on the design requirements, materials and meterage. Our designers regularly advise on custom profiles and draw up digital designs on request to ensure specific logistics needs are met.
When the design is agreed, our toolroom machinists adjust the tools to create the desired shape, and our development engineer extrudes the plastic.

We accept large and small runs to accommodate SMEs and large retailers alike. Repeat extrusions and annual quotas to meet replacement and store expansion plans are welcome.
